The steel coil transport vehicle is used in the metallurgical steel coil packaging system for steel coil transmission between different stations, and its transmission distance can be short or long. It is more convenient in process layout, so it is widely used in steel coil transmission system.
steel coil transporter is composed of frame, walking mechanism, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system and towing cable. The four wheels are driven by AC motors to walk on the track, and the travel distance is measured by the encoder. The hydraulic cylinder drives the saddle up and down, and the lifting is guided by the guide shaft, and the lifting stroke is measured by the encoder. The surface of the saddle is lined with polyurethane rubber to hold the steel coil. According to the route requirements, the two tracks can be cross-track transmission. According to different ways of unwinding and unwinding, the saddle of the transport vehicle can be designed as V-shaped or C-shaped; in the multi-coil transmission, it can also be designed as an E-shaped car to transport multiple steel coils.
